  • Step 3 : You can now see sections like My account , Orders , Whishlist , Change Password & Log Out
  • Step 4 : Click on "Orders" 
  • Step 5 : Click on Particular Product Which you want to return
  • Step 6 : Click on Return
  • Step 7 : Write your reason 
  • Step 8 : Click on submit

9. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

- We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.

10. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

- No, there is no limit.

11. Do you delivery out of India ?

- No, we only deliver in India.

12. How can I track my order ?

- Once your shipment is booked from our side you will be receiving a system generated mail with courier details. You can track your order status using the same details on the courier's website.

13. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered ?

- If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.
